Stuart Pearson will be the next ex-Red to feature in United Review's 'On The Spot' series, and we'd like you to suggest some questions.
The former England striker scored 66 goals for United in 180 appearances, including one in the FA Cup final against Liverpool in 1977. Almost every goal "Pancho" scored was celebrated with an upraised right fist.
Pearson, who signed from his hometown club of Hull City in 1974, was instrumental in helping United regain top-flight status in his first season at Old Trafford. He was a regular in the Reds side for four years before suffering a serious knee injury. In his final season at United (1978/79), he made just two appearances. A move to West Ham followed that summer.
Still a staunch United fan, Pearson travels to most games at Old Trafford, despite now residing in sunny Spain.
