ManUtd.com's Nick Coppack is travelling with the team for the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich. Check back for regular updates direct from the Reds' camp. All times are local – Germany is one hour ahead of the UK...
Tuesday 30 March
20:22 Thanks for reading my blog here over the last two days. If I get time later, I'll post a few more comments after the match. In the meantime, please pop over to Match Tracker from 20:30 (19:30 UK). Enjoy the game.
19:50 Great news re team news - Rooney starts, Robben doesn't. In fact, the latter misses out altogether as he's not even among Bayern Munich's seven subs. Franck Ribery is playing, however, and will be one for the Reds to watch. The United line-up is as follows: Van der Sar, Neville, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Park, Fletcher, Carrick, Scholes, Nani, Rooney. Subs: Kuszczak, Rafael, Evans, Gibson, Giggs, Valencia, Berbatov.
19:28 I'll be taking a break from the blog during the game itself, but you can still follow it live on ManUtd.com of course with our Match Tracker commentary and live radio on MUTV Online courtesy of Key 103.
19:23 We've arrived at the Arena, and I'm tucking into a pre-match meal - just as important for the journalists as it is for the players! Kick-off is less than 90 minutes away.
18:59 We're on our way... the players received a great send-off from fans gathered outside the hotel. I filmed a bit of it, and you can see the clip by clicking on the video link on the left. There were two particularly enthusiastic Ecuadorians there to show their support for Antonio Valencia. The next update you'll get from me will be direct from the marvellous Allianz Arena.
18:27 My shirt is ironed and my tie straightened. All that's left to do now is to pop downstairs and jump on the bus to the stadium.
17:42 Usually at this point of a European trip (an hour before we leave for the stadium) you're stressing over packing your bags and making sure you're not about to leave anything valuable
