It may have been cold and wet at Carrington on Wednesday, but the United players were in good spirits during their morning training session.

And with a 2-0 lead going into Thursday’s Europa League second leg against Ajax at Old Trafford, why wouldn’t the Reds be smiling?

Sir Alex and his troops know it’s only half-time in the Round of 32 tie, however, so they’ll be preparing to avoid a shock comeback by the Dutch champions.
