The Reds produced a typically stirring comeback against Braga on Tuesday night to ensure an important Champions League victory and another step towards the last 16 of the competition.

Alan gave the visitors a shock 2-0 lead after 20 minutes with two solid finishes, but Javier Hernandez pulled one back for the Reds soon after.

United came out after half-time full of purpose and endeavour and got a deserved equaliser just after the hour-mark through Jonny Evans, and Chicharito was on hand to head home the winner 15 minutes from time and make it three wins out of three for the Group H leaders.
