Eagles excited by win
Chris Eagles said his dreams had come true after scoring in United's 4-0 win over FC Seoul in the Reds' second pre-season tour match.
The 20-year-old featured from the start and got on the scoresheet in the 19th minute with a superb curling shot from outside the area.
"It was a fantastic atmosphere here and a dream for me to play for Manchester United again," Eagles told MUTV after the final whistle.
"[My goal came from] a great pass from Ronaldo. I didn't think he'd seen me but he dragged it back and I've just slotted it in similar to [the goal I scored at] Everton.
"We got our first goal quite early and, to be honest, we were just looking to settle and hopefully more goals would come. Then we went 3-0 up and the game was effectively dead then. But it was a brilliant game and it was enjoyable to be part of it."
Evans has enjoyed a fruitful 2007 after returning from a loan spell at Dutch side NEC Nijmegen.
"It's been a brilliant year for me. Coming back from Holland, beraking into the first-team squad and training every day – that's what I've been aiming to do since I moved up from London at age 14. To come on tour and get a game and score is a dream come true.
"I'm learning every day. Obviously Scholesy, Giggsy and Gary Neville have gone through what I'm going through now. They know what it's all about. It's hard to break through at United.
