Ron: We'll win Champions League
Cristiano Ronaldo says Manchester United have all the ingredients to retain their Premier League title AND win this season’s Champions League. The Portuguese winger has smashed six goals already this season to help United go second in the top flight and win the first three games of their Euro campaign. And he said: “I believe we’ll win the Premier League and Champions League this season. We have the team, we have the players and we believe we can do it. There’s a good chance we will."
Mark Gilbert, The Sun

The Daily Mail reports that Rio Ferdinand is "touch-and-go for Saturday's battle of the Premier League giants at Arsenal" after undergoing a scan on a groin injury. The paper says the Reds centre-back missed training on Monday is now a doubt for the trip to the Emirates.

All the papers pick up on the news ManUtd.com brought you on Monday evening that Paul Scholes will be out for around 12 weeks with knee ligament damage. Some papers, however, speculate that he won't return until mid-February.
