It would take a brave man to bet against United winning a third League Cup in four years and yet the Reds are currently only at odds of 5.6 (9/2) to lift the trophy at Wembley next year.
As for Tuesday night's quarter-final against Tottenham, bettors won't like the fact that they don't know who Sir Alex is likely to play. But regardless of the team United field, odds of 2.02 (evens) on a home win should be snapped up.
