Players and fans alike were in party mood at Old Trafford on Sunday as the Reds were presented with the Barclays Premier League trophy.

Club photographers John and Matt Peters were on hand to capture the action and the emotion as the players celebrated with the Old Trafford faithful and their families during a lap of honour after beating Blackpool 4-2.
