Role purpose |
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Safety Support Officer with a strong passion for catering and food safety compliance. In this role, you will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to every match. Key Responsibilities
This role requires availability on every matchday. Shifts will range from 6 to 8 hours per game. Start times will typically begin 5 hours prior to kick off through to 1 hour after the final whistle. Depending on kick off times there may be the occasional early start or late finish. Match Day – each shift will start by a full food safety briefing by our Regulatory Services team to set expectations and to support any training needs. |
