Fans around the world have been trying to solve Sir Alex Ferguson's selection problem for the UEFA Champions League final on our message board.
Here are some of the many comments posted about the starting XI - have your say on this, and who you think United's seven substitutes should be at www.manutd.com/talkingreds...
"I think that Hargreaves should start - we need that hustle in the centre of the park that unfortunately Carrick doesn’t possess. If Scholes was injured I would start with Carrick. I would also start Park on the right side of midfield to combat Ashley Cole who likes to push up. Play Ronaldo on the left and have him running at Ferreira, who is very slow. Anderson is handy to have on the bench. He is very hard working and would be ideal to bring on in the 2nd half, especially if we are in front."
"I'd pick Van der Sar, Brown, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Ronaldo, Hargreaves, Scholes, Nani, Rooney, Tevez. Instead of Carrick I feel it would be a better idea to play Hargreaves because he will provide extra cover and will also be able to intercept passes and spread the play better. I firmly believe that we will win the Champions League this time; I don't think Sir Alex and the lads will have as
"Van Der Sar, Brown, Vidic, Ferdinand, Evra, Ronaldo, Carrick, Scholes, Park/Giggs, Rooney, Tevez.
"We have the momentum. After winning the league I feel we have a better chance, I really believe this is our year. I want us to win the game early so we can enjoy the occasion - not leaving it late to score."
