League takes precedence

Last week we published a series of features examining the chase for further silverware this season.

With the help of United experts we looked at the title run-in, the quest for FA Cup glory and the road to possibly retaining the Champions League in Rome.

We also asked you - the fans - which trophy you'd most like to win, which team you believe will reach the Champions League final from the other half of the draw, and which side you'd prefer United to play in the FA Cup final (should the Reds beat Everton).

Here are the poll results, plus a selection of message board posts:

Which of the remaining trophies would you most like to win?
Result: Premier League 50%, Champions League 48%, FA Cup 2%

Shehan: This is a tough one. I would love to see us defend the Champions League. It has never been done before. If you compare the feeling last year when we won in Moscow and how we felt when we won the title, it’s obvious that the Champions League brings us more joy. However, it will definitely hurt more if we lose the league to Liverpool. I just hope we win both!

Lil_corino: The Premier League is the road that true champions walk. The others are just add-ons and don’t define you. I don’t think winning every trophy is impossible – it's just extremely hard. However, if any team can do it, it’s Sir Alex's side this season.
