Fans pleased with CL draw

Manchester United will be in UEFA Champions League Group H this season alongside Braga (Portugal), Galatasaray (Turkey) and CFR Cluj (Romania).

Within minutes of the draw being made, fans were discussing the outcome on our Talking Reds forum. Here's a selection of some of the initial comments...

Man_utd_forever: It's important we're up for the games this season. This group is similar to the one last season so we need to be ready and give 100 per cent in all of the games. All the other teams will raise their game against us and will feel they have a chance, inspired by Basel in 2011/12.

bw.k: So, two new trips for fans this year, as United have never played CFR Cluj or Braga.

greatdane0: No disrespect to the opponents but I'm disappointed. I wanted to see better competition. Unless Sir Alex really sticks to his word that he's going to go for it then it could be a tough year. Nonetheless, on paper its an extremely doable task, although the long-distance travelling isn't ideal.

nunoproenca: Believe me, Braga can be very dangerous. Remember, two years ago they reached the Europa League final and eliminated Liverpool on the way. They basically get the players that Benfica and Porto let go and make a very nice squad with them. Galatasaray away will be no joke either. Turkish supporters always create a great atmosphere for their team.
