Today at Old Trafford: 12-16 March

19:34 So close to an equaliser for United as Tyler Blackett blasts a stunning 35-yard effort against the bar. So unlucky. Incredible strike. (GT)

19:14 GOAL! United 0 Chelsea 1 (Affane, 14). The visitors deservedly take the lead after Luke Piazon skips past a couple of challenges on the edge of United’s box before laying the ball off to Amin Affane to sweep home, low into the corner.

19:09 We're underway at Old Trafford. It's goalless so far although Chelsea have gone closest to an opener. By the way, sorry to those of you waiting patiently for this week's podcast - we regret we were unable to record one for reasons beyond our control. Red Voices will return next Thursday. (GT)

18:43 We're counting down to kick-off in the FA Youth Cup semi-final first leg against Chelsea at Old Trafford. There are two changes to the United team that defeated Charlton in the last round with James Wilson coming in for Sam Byrne up front and Ben Pearson replacing Luke Hendrie in midfield. United: Sutherland; Grimshaw, Ioannou, McCullough, Blackett; Barmby, Rudge, Pearson, van Velzen; Daehli, Wilson. Subs: Ekangamene, Jacob, Byrne, Hendrie, Dalley. (GT)

16:22 Following on from Adam's impressive stat on Scholes earlier (see 15:20 entry), I've just been typing up my interview with Wayne Rooney for Inside United and the striker talks about Scholesy being "unbelievable" since he came out of retirement, before adding, "he’ll be a big player for us between now and the end of the season." I think we'd all agree with Wayne on that. Look out for the full interview with Wazza in next month's issue of the official magazine. (GT)
