Answers: United's England seven

United had six players in Stuart Pearce's original England squad and three started the 3-2 defeat to Holland - Danny Welbeck, Chris Smalling and goalscorer Ashley Young.

Sir Alex's side once contributed seven individuals in a single game - against Albania on 28 March in 2001.

Five started the 3-1 win with the other two coming on as substitutes.

So our latest poser was simply: Name the seven England Reds on that day.

Gary Neville, Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes, Andy Cole and captain David Beckham were in the XI with Wes Brown (for Sol Campbell) and Teddy Sheringham (for Michael Owen) coming off the bench to give United seven representatives on the field and Phil Neville was also an unused sub.

Furthermore, Owen and Rio Ferdinand went on to join the Reds.
