For me he's been one of the constants that’s helped the team progress. He played a lot of games last season and saved/gained a fair few points. Danny’s nickname should be "off the line": he's always making last-ditch blocks! I really hope Danny and the club can come to an agreement soon over his contract.
Where do Newcastle have the edge over United on the pitch?
Without doubt, if Cheick Tiote is playing he can boss the centre of the park. I don’t think United enjoyed coming to St James' Park last season and his performance could be key.
Who are United's danger men?
Whether or not you follow United, the dangers are apparent. The likes of van Persie, Rooney, Welbeck and Hernandez could play in any forward line in Europe. For me, Valencia and Kagawa are also key and they make United a very dangerous team. Now I've listed them all like that, I really hope Tim Krul, Collocini and Taylor are all fit!
