The latest gathering of the Fans' Forum, a meeting set up to resolve issues affecting match-going Reds, included a special appearance from David Moyes.
Held inside the new Jimmy Murphy Suite, 15 committee members - who represent the mix of supporters at first team games - sat down with the boss and various senior officials from the club to improve the match day experience for all.
This season, the Forum has implemented a £4 discount on away tickets and last season’s members oversaw the introduction of two teenage price bands at Old Trafford to ease the transition between buying Junior and Adult tickets.
As Family Stand Representative Andy Whitehead explains, the Fans Forum is an important asset for United supporters: “We encourage all match-going fans to raise their concerns or issues because the club have been quite genuine in wanting to help.
“It was a nice surprise for the manager to attend our meeting. At first, we thought it was just a quick meet and greet, but then he sat down and openly invited us to ask any questions we liked. Cheekily, I asked for the name of a transfer target but he quite sensibly kept his cards to his chest!
“It was brilliant that David attended and showed an interest in the forum. Him being there will hopefully help advertise the forum to fellow supporters and encourage them to contact their representatives on issues concerning them."
The Fans Forum meets again on 7 February and, if you wish to raise an issue, please visit ManUtd.com/club/fans-forum and use the relevant email links.
