The Fans’ Forum is a committee of 15 fans who debate issues that are relevant to match-going supporters with senior club officials. The fans are selected from applications to represent the mix of supporters who attend matches.
Working with the club, the forum has already produced a number of productive discussions around the pricing of tickets for concessions and loyalty schemes for domestic and European away games, as well as ongoing matters regarding how to improve supporter experience at Old Trafford.
United chief operating officer Michael Bolingbroke said: “The Fans’ Forum is an invaluable resource, giving a platform to all supporters to channel their concerns. Real progress has been made over recent years, and we are committed to further consultation with the Forum to make sure that the supporter experience is as good as it can be.”
