Live blog: Chelsea

cross is blocked and United have a corner. Classic tactical substitution from Mourinho though.

90 We've got three minutes of added time.

89 We're into the final minute of normal time now and I don't imagine there will be very much time to add on.

88 John Terry does well to acrobatically head clear a dangerous cross in from the right and as the Reds look to hit on the rebound, Evra volleys wide.

87 Sub: Chelsea's second change sees John Obi Mikel replace Schurrle.

86 You get the sense that both teams would settle for this result. Nothing really gained, but very little lost. We've still got four minutes of normal time left for one team to nick it though.

85 Rooney has also stood out for the Reds tonight, as much for his endeavour and desire as anything else. He has been well up for this one.

81 We've had a series of fouls and free-kicks in the last five minutes. This has become quite scrappy. Evra is down holding his neck at the moment. Worrying. He felt the full force of Vidic's forearm when the United captain challenged Torres in the air.

80 Yellow card: Torres catches Cleverley late after the United man made a pass and the Chelsea sub goes into the book.

78 Sub: It's a second change for the Reds as Ryan Giggs replaces Danny Welbeck.

77 Torres' long-range header from Ivanovic's cross causes De Gea no trouble, while at the other end a stinging drive from Rooney forces Cech to turn the ball around his post for a United corner.

76 Ryan Giggs is getting ready to come on for United.
