Live blog: United v WBA

Rooney's free-kick is punched away by Myhill.

85' No! Fellaini 'scores' from Nani's left-wing cross but the Belgian had strayed offside. Agony.

84' Great surge in from the right by Januzaj and he fires towards goal, but Myhill makes the save.

83' Seven minutes for the Reds to avoid a third league defeat of the season. Plenty of time, surely, please?

81' Nani weaves his way into the box but his ball towards the strikers is blocked and then cleared...

80' West Brom almost score again... but thankfully Sessegnon slices wide. Jones did well to head away Amalfitano's cross but his team-mates didn't follow up to clear their lines and the ball broke to the dangerous number 29.

78' Nani crosses from the right but van Persie on the stretch can only knock the ball on towards Myhill's grasp.

76' Still plenty of time for the Reds to turn this around, but it won't be easy against Steve Clarke's determined, well-organised side.

73' Yellow card: Alexander Buttner fouls Sessegnon as West Brom try to break into United's half.

72' Van Persie wins a corner but his delivery from the setpiece is unusually below par. Cleared easily by the buoyant Baggies.

67' Substitution: Marouane Fellaini on for Anderson. The United manager responds to going behind again by bringing on his recent signing from Everton.

66' Goal: Saido Berahino. What? The first-half substitute lashes a first-time shot across De Gea, with his left foot, from inside the D at the edge of the area. United shell-shocked.

65' Oh! De Gea makes a world-class save to paw away the resulting free-kick from Amalfitano.
