United clinched the Treble with an unbelievable late show, just as Bayern Munich were preparing to celebrate getting their hands on the trophy.

Trailing to Mario Basler's free-kick, the Reds rode their luck at the back with Mehmet Scholl and Carsten Jancker hitting the woodwork as the match seemed to be slipping away.

Just as three minutes of injury time was being displayed on the touchline, Peter Schmeichel was thrown forward for a David Beckham corner in an act of desperation. The ball was cleared to Ryan Giggs, who's scuffed effort was touched home by Teddy Sheringham. There was bedlam in Barcelona but United weren't finished there, winning another corner that Beckham centred for Sheringham to head on and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to convert.

Feel the hairs on the back of your neck stand up again by watching the highlights as we continue to look ahead to facing Barcelona on Saturday.
