Chance to meet Euro heroes

The Old Trafford Megastore is giving fans who buy the club's new third kit on Tuesday 16 September the chance to meet two United legends!

The blue kit commemorates 40 years since United won the European Cup for the first time so it's appropriate that Sir Bobby Charlton, captain in 1968, will be there.

Sir Bobby will be joined by another European Cup winner in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the man whose goal clinched the club's second success in the competition in 1999.

The first 100 people to buy the new third kit shirt from the Megastore on Tuesday will be invited to come back in the evening, between 17:30 and 19:00, to meet Sir Bobby and Ole. Each person will receive a voucher on which terms and conditions are displayed.

Have your photo taken with the trophy

United's 2008 triumph will be represented on Tuesday by the European Cup itself!

Fans can take their own photos with the trophy in the Megastore, at any time from 08:00 until 17:00, simply by filling in a free entry form. This form will also enter you into a prize draw to win a new blue shirt signed by Sir Bobby and Ole Gunnar.

If you can't get to Old Trafford on Tuesday, there will be further chances to win a signed shirt by filling in the form on Wednesday and Thursday (08:00 - 17:00) at the Megastore.

The Megastore's opening hours will be extended on Tuesday from 08:00 until 20:00.

The new third kit - inspired by greatness

Nike has created a new kit worthy of United's great 1968 team and the famous 4-1 win over Benfica at Wembley.

The new blue shirt includes a number of details to commemorate the success including the words 'May 29th 1968' and
