by the Ticket Office for each game
• In the event that Europa League away games are sold out, an unsuccessful application for that away game will count as one credit
• If a Season Ticket holder opts not to buy Europa League home tickets, this will have no bearing on that fan’s ability to apply for domestic away games
• If United reach the FA Cup final, Europa League tickets will not count when the Club assesses a fan’s priority for a ticket for Wembley.
When is the draw?
The draw for the Round of 32 and the Round of 16 will be held on Friday 16 December 2011 at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
How will I opt out?
The process will be very similar to the one that fans are familiar with for the Carling Cup. You can opt-out of all the games at once (maximum four games) or game-by-game on dates we will tell you as the tournament goes on. If you opt-out of all the games at once, you risk not being able to buy a ticket for any game in the later rounds, as you will lose your season ticket priority status for Europa League games. In addition, you should note that only tickets bought for Europa League games (home or away) will count when allocating tickets, should United reach the final.
Season Ticket holders currently opted-out of Carling Cup games should note that this opt-out will not automatically transfer over to the Europa League. If you intend to opt-out of all home Europa League games, you must tell the Ticket Office after 9am on Monday 12 December by visiting manutd.com/homecup
