Forum meetings are held in the afternoons of non-matchdays to give adequate time for discussions. The sessions are usually held on the Friday afternoon before a weekend home match. Reasonable travelling expenses will be paid by the Club to allow members to attend meetings. David Gill, chief executive of Manchester United, chairs the Forum. His involvement underlines the importance the Club attaches to these talks. All members are encouraged to speak on each issue.
