Ex-Reds play in Bangkok

A team of Manchester United legends has been in Bangkok for the Asia Masters six-a-side tournament.

Bryan Robson led his side against the likes of Liverpool, a Premier League All-Stars line-up and local favourites Thailand Masters.

The Reds' squad included Treble winners Andy Cole, Ronny Johnsen and David May and former England international defenders Viv Anderson and Paul Parker. Clayton Blackmore, Ben Thornley and FA Youth Cup-winner David Johnson also featured along with ex-Charlton keeper Sasa Ilic, who was a late replacement for Mark Bosnich.

United finished in third place at Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani after beating Liverpool 5-4, drawing with the All-Stars and losing to the home team. Look out for an exclusive programme, coming soon to MUTV.
