The Manchester United Foundation's charity abseil returns to Old Trafford this Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 February - and there's still time to get involved.
The event will raise money for the Foundation’s charity partners Francis House and The Christie and will give participants a fantastic bird’s-eye view over the Theatre of Dreams as they make the 140-feet descent.
It’s open to everyone - experienced instructors will show you the ropes - and, by taking part, you will be making a huge difference to the lives of young people with life-limiting conditions and terminal illnesses.
There are still a limited number of places available on both days, so if you have a head for heights, visit the Foundation website to register.
If you'd prefer to sponsor someone else to do it, you can do so online - United's own journalists James Tuck and Mark Froggatt will abseil for Francis House (justgiving.com/UnitedReviewAbseil) while BBC Radio Manchester's Reds reporter Bill Rice will raise funds for The Christie (justgiving.com/billricebbc).
