Club reveals parade route

The club have confirmed the timings and route for the Champions 20|13 trophy parade on Monday 13 May.

The parade, which will be broadcast live on MUTV, will begin with a send-off event at Old Trafford starting at 18:00 BST on the forecourt area outside the East Stand. This is where fans will be able to get their first glimpse of the Champions 20|13 decorated open-top bus as Sir Alex, his players and coaching staff take their positions with the Barclays Premier League trophy. The squad will be introduced to the crowd and Sir Alex will also address the fans.

The bus will leave Old Trafford at approximately 18:30 and will travel into Manchester city centre via Chester Road. The parade will continue along Deansgate before finishing in Albert Square at approximately 19:40.

More details for fans regarding parking at Old Trafford and road closures will be communicated in due course. People travelling in and out of the city centre during the late afternoon and evening on Monday are being advised to expect some disruption to roads and public transport services.
