Gimme 5

We recall our top five players who've made big contributions to both of Saturday's teams...

Phil Neville - Everton's current captain faced brother Gary when making his league debut for the Toffees against the Reds. United won 2-0 at Goodison Park.

Tim Howard - The first American to win the FA Cup, with United in 2004, he initially joined Everton on loan in 2006/07 in the wake of Edwin van der Sar's arrival at OT.

Andrei Kanchelskis - The Ukrainian was an unpopular United departure in 1995. But his star waned after a dazzling debut term with Everton and he soon left for Fiorentina.

Louis Saha - Ended his first Everton term by scoring the fastest-ever FA Cup final goal after 25 seconds. Chelsea won the match but Saha's Toffees-star status was sealed.

Wayne Rooney - He was the Premier League's youngest-ever scorer when netting for Everton at 16. That feat has since been surpassed, while Rooney has won medals and acclaim with United.
