To whet the appetite for Sunday, we look back at five classic home goals vs Liverpool...
1. Andrei Kanchelskis (2-0, 1994/95): The flying winger latches onto a loose defensive header to poke the ball past Liverpool keeper David James.
2. Paul Scholes (2-0, 1998/99): With United already one to the good in this Treble season meeting, Scholesy lets fly with a left-footed shot that arrows into the top corner.
3. Rio Ferdinand (1-0, 2005/06): The centre-back breaks Scouse hearts – and sends OT into raptures – with a last-gasp header to settle a tight encounter.
4. Nani (3-0, 2007/08) Mascherano-less and two goals down, Liverpool are put out of their misery by Nani's sumptuous bottom-corner finish from the edge of the box.
5. Ji-sung Park (2-1, 2009/10). Starring in a destructive central role, the Reds' no.13 ghosts into the box to cap a fine United comeback with a neat diving header.
