David Beckham was only too delighted to join the throng of big names saluting Sir Alex Ferguson on his landmark of 25 years as Manchester United manager.

As well as granting an exclusive phone interview to ManUtd.com, he also stepped in front of the cameras at his current club LA Galaxy to pay a special tribute to the boss.
