Gallery: Friday training

The recent April sunshine may have disappeared behind grey clouds on Good Friday but the Manchester United players still had a spring in their step on the training ground.

Club photographers John and Matt Peters were granted exclusive access to the action at Carrington, where Sir Alex Ferguson and his coaching staff prepared the squad for Sunday's meeting with Mark Hughes' QPR.

As you can see in our gallery - and on our official images website, www.manutdpics.com - there was little sign of title-race tension as Rio Ferdinand, Patrice Evra, Ji-sung Park, the fit-again Nani and their team-mates found plenty to smile about.
