Gallery: Reds debutants

New Manchester United signings Robin van Persie and Shinji Kagawa made their Manchester United debuts against Everton on Monday night.

The result didn't go as planned – Everton won 1-0 – but, on a personal level, both players will have been delighted to pull on the famous Reds shirt for the first time.
