Shinji Kagawa jetted into Manchester on Friday to finalise his move to United from Borussia Dortmund.
The Japan international signed a four-year contract with the Reds after passing a medical and obtaining a work permit.
He’ll now enjoy some time off in his homeland before joining up with his new team-mates at Carrington in early July.
