Eric Cantona was an expert from the penalty spot and proved it during his illustrious United career.

The French forward only ever missed twice in competitive fixtures - against Leeds United and Blackburn Rovers. The striker dragged one wide against his former club, despite sending Nigel Martyn the wrong way, and was thwarted by Tim Flowers who became the only keeper to save from the spot. On both occasions, he was to atone by scoring later in the match.
