Video: Highbury high

A decade ago, United made another important trip to London in the context of the title race and a 2-2 victory at Arsenal helped Sir Alex's side win the championship.

The Gunners were the main rivals for the trophy and the draw kept the Reds three points clear at the summit, albeit having played a game more. Some felt everything was still in the balance but the boss was left in no doubt about the significance of the result by saluting the away fans at the end.

Ruud van Nistelrooy's wonderful opener was cancelled out by Thierry Henry and the pendulum swung towards the Highbury outfit when the Frenchman struck past fellow countryman Fabien Barthez again. However, Ryan Giggs swiftly headed in an equaliser and the hosts finished with 10 men after Sol Campbell was dismissed for an elbow on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
