Updated 13 July

Bangkok has provided a busy, colourful and enjoyable start to Manchester United's 2013 pre-season tour.

The Reds were greeted by hundreds of excited fans on arrival in the Thailand capital on Thursday morning, after which David Moyes and Ryan Giggs went straight to Siriraj Hospital to honour the ailing King of Thailand.

The team trained on Thursday evening, while Friday comprised appearances by the players at several commercial events, a press conference with David Moyes and Rio Ferdinand, and an open training session in front of 6,000 fans.

And on Saturday, the champions took part in an impromptu closed training session in the morning, in preparation for the evening's first tour game against a Singha All Star XI.
