Sir Alex Ferguson has confirmed he will involve his Euro 2012 stars in the upcoming DHL tour games.
The Reds' next first-team assignment is in Oslo with Valerenga providing the opposition on Sunday 5 August.
With the likes of Wayne Rooney and Nani due to return to training on Thursday after missing the trip to South Africa and China, the squad is starting to take shape again ahead of the new campaign.
After a week of hard work at Carrington, the manager will have plenty of options again in all positions with a mixture of fringe perfomers and new signings certainly enhancing their claims on tour.
"The players who start training on Thursday will certainly be involved in the games in Norway, Sweden and Germany," said Sir Alex.
"They've got to play in these games because the season approaches very quickly. It's important for these players to get a game."
