Ben Amos kept another clean sheet as Hull City continue to jostle for a position among the leading teams in the Championship table.
The on-loan United keeper shut out Barnsley as Steve Bruce's Tigers clinched a 1-0 success but he was rarely troubled.
"Thankfully, our keeper hardly had a shot to save and I’m pleased because our defenders won us the match," Bruce commented to the Hull Daily Mail.
Luke Giverin and Gyliano van Velzen both played the full 90 minutes of Royal Antwerp's 2-1 home defeat to KSV Roeselare in the Belgian Second Division.
Reece Brown did not feature in Coventry's FA Cup first round victory against Arlesey and John Cofie was an unused substitute in Sheffield United's 2-1 triumph at Bristol Rovers in the same competition. Fabio's hamstring injury continues to keep him out of action for QPR.
