Javier Hernandez is confident Manchester United can make amends in Sunday's Barclays Premier League clash at Newcastle United.
The Mexican striker is not expecting an easy game - far from it - but he feels the Reds have been working hard towards atonement for the home defeat to Tottenham. That graft has already paid a dividend with Tuesday's morale-boosting away win over CFR Cluj in Romania.
"We have six points in the Champions League and leading the group so we're doing well," Chicharito told ManUtd.com.
"Now we need to take back some of the league points that we dropped at Old Trafford. We know it won't be easy but we're working very hard to try and not make the same mistakes we made against Tottenham.
"We gained a lot of confidence from the game we played in the Champions League, taking three points against a very difficult team. All the games in Europe are very tough, especially when you go away. So we have the confidence that we can go there to Newcastle and get a good result."
The Cluj match was also notable for Sir Alex selecting three of his strikers - not only did he play both Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney from the start for the first time, Chicharito was also part of the mix.
"I enjoy playing with all my team-mates. But starting for the first time with both Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney... you can imagine how I felt," said Chicharito, with a broad grin. "It was unbelievable
