Javier Hernandez is the only United player on World Cup duty this week as he is away with Mexico for their qualifier against Jamaica.

The prolific striker will be playing for points while his Old Trafford team-mates are in friendly action as he seeks to add to his impressive tally of 28 goals in 43 games for El Tri.

Meanwhile, Nani and Antonio Valencia could be in direct opposition in Wednesday's international between Portugal and Ecuador.

The friendly match takes place at the Estadio Dom Afonso Henriques in Guimaraes and is likely to see the two wingers line up against each other.

United's contingent in England's clash with Brazil is down to four after Michael Carrick's withdrawal. Chris SmallingTom CleverleyWayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck are looking forward to pitting their wits against the South Americans at Wembley.

Patrice Evra is in the France squad for their glamorous game against Germany and Robin van Persie also has an attractive fixture to relish as Holland entertain Italy.
