Jonny Evans travels with Northern Ireland to Malta after returning from injury during the win at Fulham while Anders Lindegaard was not on the bench at Craven Cottage but is still currently in the Denmark party for the trip to Macedonia.

Chile continue to count on youngster Angelo Henriquez, with the teenager in Spain for the friendly against Egypt after an encouraging start to his loan spell at Wigan. Shinji Kagawa is back in Japan's plans for their encounter with Latvia in Kobe.

At Under-21 level, Phil Jones' absence from England's tussle with Sweden on Tuesday means Ben Amos and Wilfried Zaha, who is still with Crystal Palace, will be representing the Reds.
