Le Fondre, who scored in his side's 4-3 defeat at the Madejski Stadium earlier this term, will be keen for a start as McDermott may shuffle his pack on Monday.
"They have got an important game on Saturday at home to Wigan," stated the boss. "I'm just wondering what kind of team they will play against us. I'm not sure if it will be their strongest team but you never know.
"We'll know the FA Cup quarter-final draw on Sunday afternoon and I don't think there will be any problem with motivation for us. We certainly shouldn't have any problems with it."
