United booked a place in the FA Cup quarter-finals thanks to a 2-1 win over Reading on Monday night and we've selected four of the Reds' top performers for our Man of the Match poll.
Portuguese winger Nani came off the bench to inspire the Reds to victory. After smashing the post with a brilliant volley just before half-time, he opened the scoring with a fine strike and made the second for Chicharito with an excellent cross.
Tom Cleverley was another attacker who caught the eye after showing good energy throughout. And he was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet in the first half when he saw a low drive well saved by Adam Federici.
At the other end, Nemanja Vidic was a rock at the heart of United's defence. The Serbian made some vital, and typically brave interceptions, during the 90 minutes and even spilled blood for the cause as he challenged for the ball with Noel Hunt in the opening period.
Another impressive performer at the back was Alexander Büttner who looked solid in defence and got forward well to support Ashley Young down the left. He also showed some good touches and looked calm in possession.
