Joyce enjoys late win

The Under-21s' next assignment is a trip to West Ham's Upton Park on Friday night with the action live on MUTV.

The chance to play at a Barclays Premier League stadium is an ideal scenario for Joyce, who is always mindful that his youngsters are building their experience as the campaign progresses.

"Nights like tonight are good games," he stressed after Monday's success. "Playing in front of crowds in stadiums are a massive benefit for the boys as opposed to playing on training grounds during the day."
