Jones relishing big games

promises to be another tough test for Sir Alex’s men, but Jones says it’s vital the players stay focused on their own game rather than worrying about the opposition.

“Spurs have done well this season. They’ve got some brilliant individual players and we’ll have to be wary of them all. It’ll be a test for whoever comes up against Gareth Bale – he’s a great player. They have a lot of good individual players, but if we work collectively as a team hopefully we can stop him.

"The most important thing for us is to concentrate on what we’re about and how we’ll approach the game."
