Robin van Persie has collected his third Player of the Month prize since joining United in the summer.
The leading Barclays Premier League goalscorer hit the net six times in April and was voted star man by the fans for the first time since January, with David De Gea scooping the accolade for the previous two months.
Javier Hernandez has also won it twice this term with Shinji Kagawa and Rafael the other victors.
Van Persie racked up 59 per cent of the vote after helping fire the Reds to the title, with his hat-trick against Aston Villa a particular highlight.
Michael Carrick (20%) finished in second place, with the pair expected to feature prominently in the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year running, while Phil Jones (16%) and Rio Ferdinand (5%) were also nominated.
