Büttner seeks chance

Alex Büttner enjoyed playing his part in Manchester United's third-round Capital One Cup win over Liverpool and is hoping to get another chance to impress in the competition against Norwich City on Tuesday.

Javier Hernandez's goal at the start of the second half against Brendan Rodgers' side in September sealed a narrow 1-0 win for United at Old Trafford, and it gave Büttner his first outing of the season, one of two appearances for the Reds so far this term.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with United Review ahead of the match, Büttner said: "It was a big victory for us because Liverpool are a good team and it was very important for us to win the game after the defeat to [Manchester] City. Everyone enjoys these games and the only thing on our minds was to win."

The Reds face Premier League opposition once again in the fourth round as Chris Hughton's Canaries side visit Manchester.
