Just when it seemed certain that Argentina striker Carlos Tevez was set to leave West Ham for Internazionale or Real Madrid, speculation is now rife that he will remain in England.
The player's representative, Kia Joorabchian, claimed that the forward's 'heart is in the Premier League', prompting a wave of rumours linking United, Liverpool and Arsenal with a move for Tevez.
Michael Owen's name has also resurfaced, while Jermain Defoe, Eidur Gudjohnsen and Fernando Torres continue to be put forward as potential new signings. Any move, however, may hinge on funds being raised through player sales.
