Gallery: New York hosts Reds

Manchester United legend Bryan Robson made a live TV appearance on Thursday in New York City, the third and final US leg of the club's worldwide Trophy Tour, delivered by DHL.

The former Reds skipper, accompanied by the Barclays Premier League trophy, took part in an interview for Sports Illustrated, highlighting the Reds’ considerable appeal in the States, which is the destination for this summer's pre-season tour.

Robbo also posed for photos with the silverware in the city’s famous Central Park, before attending an event hosted by associate partner Bulova, where he met United-supporting rock band The Vaccines.

After the USA, the Trophy Tour returns to Asia for stops in Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, Myanmar, Malaysia and Thailand over the next month. See the full list of destinations.
