Papers: The unstoppables

No stopping United now
Gianfranco Zola last night hailed Manchester United as the Unstoppables. Ryan Giggs fired United back on top of the Premier League, two points clear of Liverpool, and the champions are now 5-1 ON with the bookies to retain their title. Impressed West Ham boss Zola said: “They have everything. We have been beaten by probably the best team in the world. They punished our only mistake in a very professional way. I knew it would be difficult for us if they scored first. I did not expect them to be so good defensively. I knew they would be good offensively. They are just getting stronger. Not many teams will beat us here. They were great.” - Andrew Dillon, The Sun

Zola is hardly alone in his praise of United's latest performance. The papers are full of it, with match-winner Ryan Giggs - "Golden boy Giggs" (The Independent) - and record-breaking Edwin van der Sar - "King of the Nil" (The Times) - receiving most of the plaudits.

Another monicker for van der Sar is revealed in The Sun. Apparently he's known as 'Ice Rabbit' at home in Holland for his "cool temperament and bunny ears."
