Arsene's up four it
Arsene Wenger last night claimed Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea should all be sweating on Champions League qualification. Wenger’s stuttering Gunners have been singled out as the team from the Big Four most at risk of missing out on the Euro millions next season. But Frenchman Wenger insisted Aston Villa are not the only team threatening the elite group. Tonight’s opponents Everton – the last side to break the monopoly when they finished fourth in 2005 – are also serious contenders according to the Arsenal boss. He said: “It is very open in the top six. No one can say who will be in the final four.” - David Woods, Daily Star
Arsene was speaking before United hammered West Brom 5-0 - a performance that rightly earns widespread praise across the back pages including "United Ron The March" (Daily Star) and "In-Van-Cibles - 5-star United smash Chelsea record" (The Sun).
Other stories in the papers include a transfer rumour regarding young Rangers striker John Fleck. The Sun claims Sir Alex's brother Martin watched the 18 year-old in action against Aberdeen last weekend.
