16:32 It had seemed certain that Alexis Sanchez would be heading to Barcelona before this week was out, but the lack of progress has prompted The Daily Mail to suggest that United are still in with a decent shout of signing the Udinese speedster. Their Inside column rates the potential £25million deal at a 3/5 chance and says: "United have a real chance of making this happen."
15:48 French starlet Raphael Varane was earlier today quoted on his future by France Football. The highly-rated Lens defender concedes that he is most likely to remain in Ligue 1 next season, but admits that he may be sold and then loaned back to his current club. "I have to make a choice," says the 18-year-old. "I can sign
